Our commitment to knowledge sharing was evident in our Human Resources Webinar, “Streamlining HR Processes with eSignature: A Modern Approach,” which provided valuable insights to HR professionals. We also made our mark at significant industry gatherings, including the CyberSec Information Security Conference Exhibition and the TW-PH Tech Summit. In total, DottedSign participated in nine high-impact events, each reinforcing our position as a leader in eSignature solutions and digital workflow optimization. These engagements not only showcased our innovative offerings but also allowed us to connect with diverse audiences, understand evolving market needs, and forge new relationships that will drive our growth and impact in the coming years.

Enhancing Product Experience

As your needs evolve, our platform evolves – extending capabilities to match your ambitions without leaving compliance behind. In response to user feedback, we launched DottedSign 2.0, featuring 13 new capabilities that reimagine the eSignature experience. Key updates include:

2. Replacing Documents in Your Templates
3. Sign In a Snap With Just One Click

We have also launched new landing pages that showcase other useful features: merge PDF and eSign, and smart document tracking. These dedicated pages explain how these features work and demonstrate how they further streamline digital workflows for businesses of all sizes. By combining document merging, eSignatures, and intelligent tracking, we are empowering our users to manage their paperwork more efficiently than ever before.

Our Commitment to Sustainability

DottedSign remains dedicated to promoting sustainable business practices. Since our inception, our solution has:

• Facilitated over 3 million signed documents
• Saved approximately 5,400 trees from being cut down
• Reduced carbon emissions by 972 metric tons

To continue our ESG journey, DottedSign partnered with PwC Taiwan, on “Cloud Counsel Solutions”, a new generation cloud-based legal service platform for enterprises. This integration enhances signing efficiency, document security, and record-keeping while reducing paper use and carbon emissions. The collaboration supports corporate governance and environmental sustainability, strengthening businesses’ long-term competitiveness.
